This Week at SEA Sailmakers: Custom Sails, Repairs & Exciting Collaborations

As we sail into another productive week, the SEA Sailmakers team has been working hard crafting exceptional sails, providing quality repairs, and connecting with industry peers. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:

Crafting Custom Sails for Worldwide Adventures

  • Lazy Bag for an Alberg 37: Heading to North Carolina, we designed and produced a sturdy, custom lazy bag. To assist our customers, we created a “how to install” video using this same bag. Stay tuned to our social media for the tutorial!

  • Full Batten Mainsail, Furling Code Zero, and Storm “Gale Sail” for a Beneteau Oceanis 46: These high-performance sails are now en route to Dubai, ready to take on the challenging sailing conditions of the Gulf.

  • Furling Code Zero for Ocean Marina, Pattaya: Another high-quality furling sail completed and ready for adventures along the Thai coastline.

  • High Roach Mainsail for a Fountaine Pajot Athena 38: This sail is packed and ready to set off to Belhaven.

  • Full Batten Mainsail for a Tayana 52: This beautiful sail has been carefully packaged and is on its way to Wilmington.

Expert Repairs for Beloved Sails

Our repair team has also been busy restoring sails from top brands, including:

  • Rolly Tasker Sails

  • North Sails
With precision and care, we provided much-needed TLC to extend the life of these beloved sails.
