This Week at SEA Sailmakers: New Sails, Repairs, and Patriotic Colors

It’s been another productive week at SEA Sailmakers, with custom projects, eye-catching color combinations, and essential sail repairs leaving the loft. Here’s what we’ve been up to:

  • A Roller Furling Genoa crafted for an Alberg 37 is now prepped and ready for its journey to the USA.

  • Just in time for the U.S. elections, we’ve created a red, white, and blue Roller Furling Genoa for a Custom Day Charter Catamaran based in Koh Samui—a bold and patriotic addition to its sail wardrobe.

  • A sleek A2 Asymmetrical Spinnaker was completed for a Beneteau First 40.1 and is ready for pickup directly from the loft, promising vibrant colors and performance on the water.

  • We made High Roach Mainsails for two popular cruising catamaran models—one for a Fountaine Pajot and another for a Lagoon 42—ensuring durability and efficiency for extended voyages.

Sail Repairs and Trampolines

Alongside new builds, our team also carried out multiple repairs to keep our clients’ sails in top shape:

  • Headsail Repairs on a Rolly Tasker Genoa for a Beneteau and a Lee Sails Mainsail for a Jeanneau.

  • A custom trampoline was made for a Lagoon 450F, adding both stability and style for its voyages.

From high-performance spinnakers to essential repairs, it’s always exciting to see the variety of sails that come through our loft each week. Every project is a new opportunity to enhance the experience of sailing for our clients.
